    Michael,
I apreciate you taking time to explain the changes your company will be making effective January 17th. As someone who has been looking for a sales opportunity with a CPG company, I have looked to qualifed companies like yours to be a solid resource for my search. The unemployment situation has paralysed so many families that some have given up looking and have lost everything. I realize your company needs to realign what services you offer to the public and the membership fee to upgrade is part of of your necessary strategy.
I had hoped that this cost might be passed onto the hiring Companies as part of their employement cost.
I understand the “free memebership ‘ will still be available for those who can’t afford the upgrade. With so many people out of work I’m hopping that your will consider making the job listing available to those who cannot pay at 7days as opposed to holding them until 14days.

    Kind Regards,
    Judith Martin

Judith, you make some good points. There are so many changes and some great feedback we are getting. We will be reviewing all of the feedback and requests this week and will post the revised changes next week. I agree that we should have it less than 14 days. More to come on that. Thank you for your support.
