Users who logged into the CPGjobs Job Board any time before June 18th, 2011 may experience problems using the Job Board. This is usually due to the fact that your computer has cached your previous sessions on the old CPGjobs Job Board. Fixing this is easy:
On Internet Explorer: Click “Tool”, then click “Delete Browsing History”. Clear temporary Internet files, and cookies.
On Firefox: Click “Tools”, then click “Clear Recent History”. Clear cookies and cache.
On Safari: Click “Safari”, then click “Empty Cache”.
On Chrome: Click “Chrome”, then click “Clear Browsing Data”. Clear browsing history, cache and cookies.

So, you’ve gone into your client admin screen, entered in your job postings, and you’d like to see what they look like for a candidate. It’s easy! You don’t have to back out and log in as a candidate, you can do it right from your admin screen.
Click on CPG Joblist in the menu bar. This will open up a new tab in your browser showing you the job board. Use the search credentials to select just your company’s listings; once you’ve clicked on “Find Jobs” you’ll see all of your job listings. You can click on any of the listings to see the full details, just as it will appear to your potential candidates.
To view your resume on your profile you must sign in first with your login and password. Remember, these are case sensitive. This will bring you to where you can edit your profile. Once you have logged in there will be a CANDIDATE PROFILE NAVIGATOR on the right side of the page. Just scroll down to see the page of information you want to view or change. The “Edit Profile” page allows you to change anything in your name (i.e. Going from William to Bill), change your password, correct or change your email address, and correct or change your phone number. The “Contact Preference” page allows you to add/change what emails you want to receive from us, to change your address, and add more phone numbers. The “Education” page allows you to add your degree and schools. The “Current Status & Compensation” page allows you to put in your Current or last Company and Title and your past Company and Title. The rest are pretty self explanatory. The “My Submissions” page allows you to see all of your job submissions.
If you can’t remember your password to log in to our job board, there’s a “forgot” link under the log in fields. Remember, your login credential may be different from your email address.
NOTE: If you submit a request to have your password sent to you, and you do not receive a timely reply, it is very likely that the email address that we have associated with your account is outdated or incorrect. We might be sending the password reminder to an old or outdated email address. Occasionally, a person may have registered more than once in our system, and the system is confused and doesn’t know which password to give you. In any event, the best thing to do is give us a call at (626) 535-0143 and we will have a real live human being give it to you.
