An Important Message from CPGjoblist
The end of the year is rapidly approaching, so we want to remind you about the important changes coming to CPGjoblist before year-end.
In the next several days, when you login to CPGjoblist, you will be asked to make a decision about the type of membership you would like to have with us. Your current membership is a Free Membership– and you can continue that way if you so choose. However, we are hoping that you will elect to upgrade your relationship with us by making a voluntary payment at the price you are willing to pay and become a Paid Member of CPGjoblist by January 17th.
Once you purchase a Paid Membership, you get all the benefits of Paid Membership, regardless of the size of your payment. However, choosing the highest payment option you can afford will help us build and support more Paid Membership features going forward.
As a Free Member, you will continue to enjoy basic CPGjoblist services, however, after January 17th, you will no longer be able to apply to jobs less than 14 days old.
WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
For many years, CPGjoblist has been free to candidates, and we are so grateful to each and every one of you who have made us part of your career management strategy through multiple job transitions. Now, CPGjoblist is at a point of transition as well.
The ongoing development of the features you have requested, the delivery of the unique personalized service we provide, and our hiring companies´ increasing demand for exceptional professionals with CPG experience have made it necessary for us to ask for your financial support.
We don’t want to interrupt your job search with annoying advertising from “sponsors,” and we’ve never before charged fees for our additional levels of personalized service. In considering how to approach funding for CPGjoblist we decided that, given our relationships with candidates like you, charging high, fixed fees was not in keeping with our philosophy of doing business. We want and need your help, but we think you should decide on the value you place in CPGjoblist services and the growth of the CPGjoblist community.

We believe that we have built something truly valuable to you and the CPG community– and your ongoing feedback and our growing roster of talented CPG professionals certainly bears this out. This appeal for your help was not an easy decision for us to make, but we know that you will seriously consider purchasing a Paid Membership at the level you can afford.
As always, your feedback is greatly valued. We don’t want our relationship with you to begin and end with a credit card transaction. We want to hear from you because your requests and needs will specifically determine the development of our services going forward.
