Community Coffee Company
Community Coffee Company has sold premium quality coffee since Henry Norman “Cap” Saurage began serving coffee out of his country store in 1919. Cap named his coffee “Community” in honor of his community of friends. Today, the company has grown to become the largest family-owned and operated retail coffee brand in America. Community® coffee can be found in grocery and convenience stores, offices, hotels, and many of the best restaurants throughout the Southeast, and is available worldwide through CommunityCoffee.com.
What’s it like to work at Community Coffee Company?
We’re no longer surprised when applicants already know the answer.
See, our employees like to talk about us. A lot. And we’re proud of that. They talk to their friends, their family, acquaintances, and even strangers about what it means to be part of the Community Coffee family.
And what does it mean? It means sharing the values that have guided us for four generations – values like integrity, passion, and a commitment to quality. It means sharing the same goals – goals like building the best coffee company in America, goals like growing personally and professionally.
Our employees embrace being diverse, unique and amazing. They trust, rely and invest in one another. They work hard to help one another succeed.
The result is a coffee so bold, so rich, so unique that it could only come from the collective passion of so many great people.
As a family-owned and operated company, our first priority is our people.
At work our employees can expect great pay, a great work environment, exceptional growth opportunity and a secure work-life balance. Outside work, our employees can trust our commitment to their physical and emotional well-being, their families’ health, their overall economic well-being, their long-term financial security, their education and more.
