At CROSSMARK, we know that life happens, so not all of our positions are tied to specific times or schedules. However, there are some positions and projects that have limited flexibility.

As new CROSSMARK field reps complete their initial assignments, it’s possible, even likely, that we’ll entrust them with progressively more important assignments. We are a community.

You’d think that the work life of a CROSSMARK field representative would be one of solitude, motoring from store to store with a possible “hello” to a shopper from time to time. If that’s the case, well, we have a surprise for you. Our supervisors are in the field or just a phone call away, so someone is always there to give you guidance and support if you need it.
