Milton’s started in San Diego, California, baking our delicious and nutritious Original Healthy Multi-Grain Bread in the kitchen of our deli restaurant. We developed a secret recipe of whole grains and goodness, and bake our original Multi-Grain Bread daily in our ovens.

Our heritage began in 1995 with the opening of Milton’s Restaurant and Delicatessen in Del Mar, California offering wholesome and great tasting foods in the tradition of the great New York delicatessens. Milton’s founders continued their pursuit and passion by creating great tasting breads for their sandwich offerings. Our customers loved the bread so much that they wanted to take it home with them…thus began Milton’s Baking Company.

Since those days, we have continued to grow our line of delicious and nutritious breads and developed an assortment of flavorful crackers made with the same whole grains and goodness as our signature breads. We still take the extra time to bake each loaf and cracker with care, with nutritious ingredients and big flavor in every bite. Milton’s is obsessed with providing our customers with the only the best to support healthy living and happy taste buds.

In addition, we have created a variety of tasty Milton’s Restaurant Classics ™ inspired by our favorite restaurant foods. We want our customers to be able to provide their families with fast, convenient and delicious frozen meals made with the finest ingredients that taste homemade…like grandma used to make.
