n 1995, Synergy Associates was established to work with clients in reducing risk resulting from ever increased regulation, competition, and mergers and acquisitions. Synergy Associates has guided its clients through successful corporate restructures, relocations, technology solutions, and strategic, tactical and Business Continuity planning. In 1997, Synergy Associates changed its corporate governance from a partnership to a public company until 2004 when the original partners chose to reform the Company as a partnership.

The newly formed Synergy Associates has now refocused its efforts on its proprietary Business Continuity Planning products and methods to assist clients in preparing to respond to disasters to protect their customer base, image, and financial well being. Synergy is positioned to provide clients with an actionable Business Continuity Plans based on their specific recovery requirements and aligned with their business strategies.

The Synergy suite of BCP services and products provides for the entire life cycle of an organization’s business continuity preparation and execution including: identification of requirements and strategy to meet those requirements, plan development and disaster management assistance.
