At Wheat-Free Market Foods, we believe that the processed foods industry has led us astray and that what is often billed as “healthy” may not be so at all.  We also believe that one’s nutrition lifestyle is a very personal thing –it is about choice and about knowledge. In light of this, we are transparent regarding all of our product ingredients so that you can make informed choices as to what you choose to eat. Unlike “Big Food,” we have nothing to hide.

All of our products are made without wheat.  They are also designed to minimize your exposure to “net carbohydrates” (Total Carbs minus Fiber minus any Sugar Alcohols such as Erythritol).  That means no “junk” carbs of high sugar content.  Instead you’ll see alternative ingredients such as almond flour, flaxseed meal, and sweeteners like erythritol and monk fruit extract (Luo Han Guo),  We also strive to create products as clean label as possible: avoiding artificial flavors, preservatives, or colors.  If you see an ingredient you don’t understand or would like to know why it is there, please contact us and we will happily respond.
