Young Innovations

In 1960, the dental profession began to embrace the practice of preventive dentistry. In response to this trend, George Richmond, who had recently purchased Young Dental, became increasingly involved in the production of preventive care products. As a result, the Triple Seal angle was released in 1968 and eventually, the disposable Triple Seal angle in 1990. These products set the stage for a legacy of highly reliable product lines not only in preventive dentistry, but expanding into infection control, micro-applicators, home care, endodontics and diagnostics. Young Innovations was incorporated in 1995 and continues to expand upon a deep historical knowledge of the dental industry by developing new products that improve clinical efficacy, increase practice productivity and enhance patient comfort. Decades of providing innovative products to meet the evolving needs of the dental profession have earned Young a strong reputation for quality, reliability and value.
