Fourth-Quarter Changes To CPGjoblist
A very special “thank you” to each and every one of you who took the time to complete our recent series of CPGjoblist surveys. Your input has been of immeasurable value in helping us to make some critical decisions about new features and benefits soon to be added to CPGjoblist as we build out the CPG Talent Network.
Within the next 60 days, a number of new features will be added to the CPGjoblist website including:
Enhanced, more targeted job search tools
A clear indication of the age of each job in the job board
An indication of the number of other applicants on each posted job (job popularity)
The ability to check the status of your job application in the system
The ability to see who has viewed your candidate profile
A more user-friendly way to see the jobs to which you have already applied
The ability to increase your visibility to hiring managers through a “candidate spotlight” feature
A candidate recommendation system that will allow you to request and include in your candidate profile reviews of your strengths and skills from peers, managers, colleagues and subordinates.
We’ll be keeping you updated on the launch of these new services over the next several weeks, and again, a sincere thanks to everyone who helped with their feedback. We look forward to delivering an improved CPGjoblist experience to all of you before year–end!
