Delaware C-corp, angel-backed, production with an established US co-packer. Phase 1 launches in LA this fall: 16oz glass, refrigerated DTC hand-delivery, and a curated set of premium studios, gyms, and wellness retail. Cans and national natural channel in 2027.
We're hiring our first commercial leader, on a co-founder track. You'll own revenue end to end: DTC (subscription build, retention, delivery ops), retail sell-in (first 10 doors by December, natural channel expansion next), and brand activation. The founder owns product, supply chain, and capital, and has personally helped scale three functional food and beverage brands from early stage to $50M+, including Harmless Harvest and JUST Egg.
You: 5+ years CPG or beverage commercial experience, real buyer relationships in the natural channel, LA-based, and hungry for ownership.
Compensation: Salary, meaningful equity. Path to CRO title as we scale.
