Review experience first.
You see the candidate’s experience under an anonymous alias. Their name, email, phone, address and resume file stay hidden until they approve your introduction request.
Discover candidates who have chosen to join the CPG Talent Network. Search relevant experience, then request an introduction for a specific Featured job — the candidate decides whether to share their contact details.
Resume Database access requires an active Featured listing.
Featured employers can search the Talent Network without weakening the privacy choices candidates made when they submitted their profiles.
Post or upgrade a Featured job, then accept the Resume Database usage terms to unlock search while that listing is active.
Filter candidate profiles by keyword, location, industry sector and willingness to relocate. Results never carry email, phone, address or resume files.
Name the Featured job you are hiring for and write the candidate a personalized message. Only the candidate can release their contact details.
Visibility decides how a candidate is shown to you. It never decides whether you can contact them — that is always the candidate’s call.
You see the candidate’s experience under an anonymous alias. Their name, email, phone, address and resume file stay hidden until they approve your introduction request.
A Public candidate has chosen to show their real name alongside their profile. That is the only difference: their email, phone, address and resume file still require an approved introduction, exactly like a Searchable profile.
Standard listings do not include Resume Database search. Featured access remains available while the qualifying listing is active, and requires accepting the usage terms below. Candidates can block an employer at any time, which immediately ends access they previously approved.
You pick one of your active Featured listings and explain why the candidate fits that specific opening. There is no generic outreach.
Introductions are pooled per active Featured listing over a rolling 30 days and shared by everyone on your team mapped to it. Adding teammates does not add introductions.
Approval is the one route to a candidate’s email, phone, address or resume file — for every profile, including Public ones. Candidates can also decline, block or report.
Search is for reviewing fit. No download, feed or API returns candidate contact information in bulk, and page sizes are capped.
Candidates joined the Talent Network on the understanding that their information is used to recruit, and nothing else. Employers accept these terms before their first search.
