How it works

From an active role to a focused candidate search.

Featured employers can search the Talent Network without weakening the privacy choices candidates made when they submitted their profiles.

  1. 1

    Activate a Featured listing

Post or upgrade a Featured job, then accept the Resume Database usage terms to unlock search while that listing is active.

  2. 2

    Search relevant CPG talent

Filter candidate profiles by keyword, location, industry sector and willingness to relocate. Results never carry email, phone, address or resume files.

  3. 3

    Request an introduction

Name the Featured job you are hiring for and write the candidate a personalized message. Only the candidate can release their contact details.

Candidate-controlled access

Useful profiles, with clear privacy boundaries.

Visibility decides how a candidate is shown to you. It never decides whether you can contact them — that is always the candidate’s call.

◆ Searchable · identity hidden

Review experience first.

You see the candidate’s experience under an anonymous alias. Their name, email, phone, address and resume file stay hidden until they approve your introduction request.

◆ Public · name shown

A name, not consent to contact.

A Public candidate has chosen to show their real name alongside their profile. That is the only difference: their email, phone, address and resume file still require an approved introduction, exactly like a Searchable profile.

◆ Access follows the listing

An active Featured listing is the gate.

Standard listings do not include Resume Database search. Featured access remains available while the qualifying listing is active, and requires accepting the usage terms below. Candidates can block an employer at any time, which immediately ends access they previously approved.

◆ How introductions work
Per listing

Every introduction names a job

You pick one of your active Featured listings and explain why the candidate fits that specific opening. There is no generic outreach.

Shared pool

The allowance belongs to the listing

Introductions are pooled per active Featured listing over a rolling 30 days and shared by everyone on your team mapped to it. Adding teammates does not add introductions.

Consent

Only the candidate releases contact

Approval is the one route to a candidate’s email, phone, address or resume file — for every profile, including Public ones. Candidates can also decline, block or report.

No export

There is no bulk contact export

Search is for reviewing fit. No download, feed or API returns candidate contact information in bulk, and page sizes are capped.

Accepted use

The rules that come with access.

Candidates joined the Talent Network on the understanding that their information is used to recruit, and nothing else. Employers accept these terms before their first search.

◆ What you agree to

Use it to hire.

  • Recruit for the job you selected
Use a candidate’s details only to discuss the Featured opening you named in the introduction request.
  • Sign in as yourself
Every person using the Resume Database needs their own BevNET account. Credential sharing is not permitted.
  • Expect your activity to be logged
Searches, profile views, introductions and contact reveals are recorded so misuse can be investigated.
◆ What is not permitted

What ends access.

  • No scraping or bulk extraction
Automated collection, systematic copying or bulk extraction of profiles is prohibited, by tool or by hand.
  • No redistribution or resale
Candidate information may not be republished, resold or passed to other companies, recruiters or internal lists.
  • No unsolicited marketing or spam
Do not use candidate contact details for newsletters, sales outreach or anything unrelated to the selected opening.
  • Access can be suspended
A candidate report or evidence of misuse can suspend Resume Database access for the account, separately from the rest of your job-posting tools.
