Private
Your profile is left out of employer search entirely, and employers you approved earlier lose in-app access to it.
Upload a resume or build your CPG profile, then choose whether eligible employers can discover you. You stay in control of when your contact details are shared.
Private by default. Submitting your profile does not apply you to a job.
Submitting your resume creates a reusable Talent Network profile alongside your job search. You decide whether it stays private or becomes discoverable.
Add your experience once and optionally upload a resume file to keep with your reusable profile.
You stay Private by default. Searchable and Public are explicit choices, and neither one shares your contact details.
An employer must ask to be introduced for a specific open job. You approve, decline, block them or report the request.
Start Private, then select the level that fits your search whenever you are ready. Visibility controls how you are found — it never releases your contact details on its own.

Eligible employers can search your experience under an anonymous alias. Your name, email, phone, address and resume file stay hidden until you approve an introduction.
Eligible employers see your real name with your profile. Your email, phone, address and resume file still stay hidden until you approve an introduction.
Resume search is available only to employers with an active Featured listing who have accepted BevNET’s Resume Database usage terms. Whatever visibility you choose, search results never include your email, phone, address or resume file — approving an introduction is the only way an employer gets those.
While you are Searchable or Public, employers can read the experience, summary and other free-text you saved. Leave contact details out of those fields unless you want them seen, and remember that naming current or past employers can identify you even under an alias.
Approving lets that one employer view your contact details, address and resume file for as long as your profile is not Private.
Declining shares nothing at all. The employer is told only that the request was not accepted, and cannot ask you again for 90 days.
Blocking revokes any access you already approved for that employer and stops new requests from them until you choose to unblock.
Reporting blocks the employer and sends the request to BevNET for review. Employer activity is logged and access can be suspended.
No. Your profile becomes discoverable only according to the visibility you choose; applications are submitted separately for each role.
You can switch visibility, block an employer or return to Private whenever you want, and that ends their in-app access straight away. What cannot be taken back is information that already left the site: anything an approved employer emailed, downloaded, copied or wrote down stays with them. Unblocking does not restore an employer’s old access either — they have to request a new introduction and you have to approve it again.
Create your profile, then choose the visibility that feels right for your search.
